Currently Zanow Sand & Gravel are looking for the following employees:

Truck Fitter:  We are looking for a qualified Truck Mechanic for an ongoing role in our quarry / transport workshop.  The majority of work is on late model equipment, diagnostic and service. Maintenance of components including engines, transmissions, engine cooling systems, and periodic servicing, breakdowns etc.
To be successful you must have:  Trade Qualifications, high level of technical ability and knowledge, your own tools, and A "Can Do" attitude. Must have current drivers licence.

Plant Operators:   The successful applicant would ideally have experience with operation of both fixed and mobile plant, be able to demonstrate a positive work ethic and work as part of a team. Experience loading trucks and using scales is required.  Knowledge of quarry operations and mechanical ability would be an advantage.  This is a demanding position suited to someone who thrives on challenge and reward. Must have current drivers licence. 

Office / Yard Assistant:  Due to expansion we are looking for an office assistant to work within our concrete business. This person will be required to take orders, provide pricing and general administrative functions for the batch office. The ability to operate a front end loader would be advantageous   .  Myob Exo experience would be desirable but not essential as training will be provided.  The successful applicant will be highly organised, able to multitask, customer service orientated and be able to work as part of a team in a fast growing, progressive, family orientated business.
